که دل خویش بدریا زده است
سر بهر ساحل زد
گل پیغام تواهم را

مانده تنها «بی او»
«گل یادش» را، مینشانم بر آب

دستها یش بستاند از آب

Still such a towering wave,
That has thrown its heart into the sea,
Struck the shore for her sake,
Planting the message of your union
On the moist face of the sands.
And how without pride or need,
It moved towards another lonely shore.
Left alone 'without her',
I cast 'the flower of her memory' upon the water,
So that once more on that distant shore,
Her hands may gather it from the water.
